The chat in the corner is the product.
Most chatbots are a wrapper: a rented model with a prompt on top. Fritz runs on a rented model too. The difference is the human layer, fourteen years of enterprise sales worked into how he asks, listens and hands over. A wrapper answers questions. Fritz qualifies buyers.
That's the difference between an off-the-shelf bot and investing in Fritz. Pay peanuts, you get a monkey. We went with Fritz!

~/what Fritz does
An inside sales rep that never closes.
On this site Fritz is configured as a sales assistant: it qualifies leads and does real pre-sales and inside sales work. That is our version. Yours can be a customer care rep, a doctor's assistant or a support desk, built around your regulatory requirements.
From your pages
In the visitor's language and your site's register, with the source under every answer.
Hands over files
Ask for a product sheet and it is there. Ask for one that does not exist and it says so.
Books the meeting
Real free times, details read back, invite with a video link.
Passes leads on
Question, contact and the whole conversation, plus one line on pain, who decides and timeline.
Knows the time
Outside office hours it says so, names when someone is back, and asks if it can wait.
Brings a human in
When Nico is free, it asks the visitor and rings his phone. He joins the same chat.
Takes instructions
Nico hands it tasks mid-chat from his phone. A visitor typing the same words gets nowhere.
Feeds Five
Qualified leads land in Five as FQLs, in an incoming queue, not in your five slots.
~/what it costs
Published prices. No CRM required.
A one-off setup, then a monthly plan. The plan covers your own deployment in Frankfurt, run by us, the model, the tests that run every night and Nico staying on it. Prices in euro, excluding VAT.
Fritz Core
- Your own deployment in Frankfurt, run by us
- Model and nightly tests
- 1,000 conversations a month included
- €0.25 per conversation above that
- Monitoring and small fixes
- 12-month minimum
Fritz Pro
- Everything in Core
- A monthly sector update: new sales plays, market knowledge, new trap questions
- One review of your own plays every month
- 12-month minimum
The one-off setup covers a sector template configured on your pages, up to two languages, booking and hand-over to your people, and a trap set written for your business: from €2,500, regulated sectors (banking, medical) from €4,500.
Adding a product or service later: write the plays yourself and Nico reviews and tests them before they ship (€150 per update), or Nico writes them (€450 per update). Your first-hand knowledge of your offer, his sales layer on top.
Built for B2B products and services where a purchase is considered: real estate, financial services, professional services. Not for retail or shops with a thousand articles: per-conversation support tools serve those better.

Competitor figures in US dollars, from their published pricing pages and public deal data, October 2026: HubSpot, Salesforce, Qualified. HubSpot is cheaper; what it does not include is a sales layer written by a person. Need deal tracking too? Five, from €39 a month, for one to five sellers.
Under the hood: Claude Haiku 4.5 through the Anthropic API, running in Frankfurt. Conversations are not logged, only counts. Guardrails are enforced by the server, and a trap-question test set runs before every change ships. The full specification is in the product sheet.
Status: live on this site since September 2026. No client deployment yet: this site is the first. The first client gets half off the setup in exchange for a case study.
~/not a wrapper
Same model. Same methodology. Different seller.
Left: what any wrapper writes with a sales method and a website. Right: Fritz, after fourteen years of carrying a bag went into his lines. Same visitor, invented: a Head of Digital at a Dutch valve maker who already pays an SEO agency. Tap a method label to see what it does.
↳ Challenger · Teach:
Challenger, Teach: give the visitor a new way to see their situation, backed by a fact, not an argument.↳ SPIN · Problem:
SPIN, Problem: one question that brings out what goes wrong today.↳ Hand-over · Free scan:
Hand-over: Fritz never closes. He collects the details and passes them on, here as a free scan request.↳ Challenger · Teach → SPIN · Situation:
Teach first, a new way to see it backed by a fact. Then SPIN, Situation: one question about how things are today, built on the visitor's own word.↳ SPIN · Situation → Problem:
SPIN, Situation then Problem: show you know the buyer's world, then ask the one question only an insider asks.↳ Challenger · Teach → Hand-over · Nico:
Teach what the work is worth, then hand over: Fritz never closes, he passes a qualified lead to Nico.- Question one. Same question, but it picks up the visitor's own word, context, so he wants to answer it.
- Question two. It shows it knows the buyer's world first, then asks what only an insider asks: compliance, not lead time.
- Question three. It sells the work behind the scan, a person who walks the site like a buyer, and hands over to Nico.
Priced like a senior rep. Paid like a junior. Never calls in sick.
Both panes run on the same model. The left one is free; half the internet is selling it. The right one is built per client and, on Fritz Pro, updated by Nico every month: new sales plays, current market knowledge for your sector (used in questions, never stated as fact) and new trap questions, run before the update ships.
Comparing monthly fees? Buy a wrapper. Comparing what one lost deal costs you? Talk to Nico. Prices: what it costs.
Example conversation, invented for illustration.
~/questions buyers ask
Or ask him.
He's in the corner of this page. He'll answer from it, and say so when it isn't here.
Which model does it run on?
Claude Haiku 4.5 through the Anthropic API, with tool use and streaming. The model drafts; the server enforces the rules.
Where does it run, and what is stored?
Vercel functions in Frankfurt. Conversations are not logged: the server keeps counts, not content, except the conversation a visitor sends as a request.
Can it be something other than sales?
Yes. Customer care, a support desk, a doctor's assistant. Same build, your pages, your rules, your traps.
Can a visitor make it email someone else?
No. Only addresses the visitor typed, read back and confirmed. Only the site owner can give it instructions.
Does it close deals?
No, on purpose. Price negotiation, discounts, contracts and complaints always go to a person.
Who else runs it?
Nobody yet. This site is the first deployment, and the one you can test hardest.
